Economical: 3,000 EGP per square meter.
Including internal building works – Plaster works – Paint works – Electrical works installation – Sanitary installations – Sanitary equipment (toilet, basins & mixers) Ideal standard or Grohe – Electrical accessories (chassis & switches faceplate) Bticino – gypsum board at reception – Egyptian ceramic floors and walls – Egyptian porcelain – interior doors.
Moderate: 4,000 EGP per square meter.
Including internal building works – Plaster works – Paint works – Wallpapers – Electrical works installation – Sanitary installations – Sanitary equipment (In-wall flush tank, wall mounted toilet, basins & mixers) Ideal Standard or Grohe – Electrical accessories (chassis & switches faceplate) Bticino – suspended ceiling at public spaces and curtain bulkheads at private spaces – Egyptian ceramic floors and walls (Al Jawhara) – imported Emirati or Chinese porcelain – HDF floors – interior doors.
Luxury: 5,500 EGP per square meter.
